What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can build and lead cloud platforms and SRE capabilities—using automation, agentic tooling, and observability to improve reliability and reduce cloud cost, while partnering closely with clients and engineering teams.

I’m a highly accomplished, performance-oriented principal engineer with over 15 years’ experience delivering platforms and solutions across automotive, telecom, travel, and ecommerce. I’m at my best when I analyze business problems and adapt technologies to meet exact requirements.

At Woven by Toyota, I lead Platform Engineering work spanning agentic incident management, automated deployment gating, and platform observability. I built an agentic Incident Management system using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and an SRE agentic API that connects to live systems and historical Slack data for faster, safer troubleshooting.

Previously at Nagarro, I helped prepare SAP Commerce for migration to a modern microservices architecture following MACH principles. I drove platform automation using AWS services (EKS, IAM, Lambda, etc.), Backstage templates, CI/CD self-mutation, and monitoring as code—so teams could focus on business logic while automation handled the rest.

Earlier roles included leading and architecting SAP Commerce/Hybris ecommerce solutions and delivering client delight through complex enhancements and upgrades. I bring an agile, adaptable mindset and a strong track record of solving technical problems while partnering closely with clients and teams.

Built an agentic incident-management system using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and an SRE agentic API integrating live systems and historical Slack data to accelerate troubleshooting. Developed a custom GitHub App for safe deployment gating, improved platform observability with diagnostic APIs, and led a cloud migration initiative targeting ~$2M annual cost reduction.
