At Tiebreak Enterprises, I work directly with the owners across two venues, taking business software from requirements through go-live. I led the replacement of the legacy TennisBiz booking platform, working with owners, staff, and Outcoach on requirements, solution design, configuration, data migration, and a live pilot; the pickleball program now runs on the new platform.
I also wrote three Python tools that turn booking exports into court schedules, camp roll sheets, and an auto-advancing court display, replacing manual preparation and saving around 30 hours a week. I document processes and systems, train staff, and use advanced Excel, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace in my work.
