Anouar Guemri

I’m an AI Engineering student with experience leading technical teams, focused on machine learning, deep learning, and full-stack solutions. I enjoy turning complex ideas into reliable systems—especially in robotics and computer vision.

In my project work, I engineered a fully autonomous drone system for real-time disaster assessment and human detection. I spearheaded the model pipeline from data collection through training and hyperparameter optimization, then implemented system security protocols and deployed the solution on edge Linux hardware.

As a Tech Lead (2023–Present) on freelance automation and web projects, I direct a technical team of 5 developers building scalable web solutions and automation workflows. I manage the full client lifecycle from requirement analysis and technical planning to final deployment, optimizing development pipelines for faster delivery and higher code quality.

Previously, as Co-Founder & Aeronautics Branch Lead (2022–2024) at HIDE Tech Club Tunis, I supervised technical workshops and led multidisciplinary aeronautics and robotics teams. I helped our team win 1st Place at Dronathon 2.0 and mentored juniors in flight dynamics, embedded systems, and project management.
