At La Casita Rielle, I manage guest communication and property access for short-term rental listings, while tracking daily payouts, cleaning fees, and gross income. I also support business development through research, lead generation, data entry, scheduling, and email correspondence.

Before that, I spent nine years as an Administrative Officer at a state university, directing personnel activities, preparing HR reports, and maintaining accurate database records. I also bring training in freight brokerage and dispatching, including load tracking, quoting, rate negotiation, and TMS navigation.
