What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry role in data science or research where I can apply Python-based modeling, NLP, and computer vision, build reliable datasets, and improve my analytics workflow with mentorship and real impact.

I’m currently pursuing a BS Biology degree with a Major in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, and my coursework includes Computational Biology, Data Analytics, Statistical Analysis, and Scientific Research Methodologies.

During my internship at Ateneo De Manila University, I engineered and trained computer vision models using YOLO v8 and Roboflow, annotating over 200 images for object detection. I also processed 1,000+ natural language entries using text mining, sentiment analysis, and social computing, and I built statistical and mechanistic compartmental models in Python to simulate disease spread and generate data visualizations.

In my remote work as a Data Scraper & Data Entry Clerk, I developed Python-based automated extraction using crawl4ai, Selenium, and Apify, then cleaned and transformed raw data into actionable market research datasets using advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions. I’m motivated by building data pipelines and reliable datasets—improving analytical workflows through structured progress reporting and consistent data integrity.
