Ann Marie Berganio

I’m a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics graduate and a research intern at a regional research center, focused on turning raw laboratory activity into consistent, analysis-ready datasets. I bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach that prioritizes accuracy and reliability.

In my internship, I assisted in data collection and encoding of laboratory results for the Foods, Feeds and Functional Nutrition Laboratory. I organized research data using Excel for analysis, supported small-scale algae sample studies, and ensured the accuracy and consistency of recorded data. I also completed a case study on Linear Programming and Graph Theory using the Floyd–Warshall Algorithm, and developed basic Python programs for data processing.

I’m eager to keep growing in research-focused work where data integrity and clear communication matter. Through trainings and certifications in research proposal writing, feed proximate analysis, feed formulation and feeding experiments, fantastic drying methods evaluation, and modeling of infectious livestock diseases, I’ve strengthened my ability to contribute effectively to projects while learning fast and staying dependable.
