At Home Based Care Services, I arrange home visit times with patients and their families, reschedule when plans change, and follow up with patients who miss visits.
At DOT Glasses Kenya, I screen patients at community and outreach sites, explain results, and help patients book follow-up visits when they need further eye care.
My nursing work has also included booking return visits at Sipili Health Center and following up with patients who did not attend. I keep patient records accurate and handle personal and medical information privately.
