What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a senior educator or school leadership role where I can strengthen inclusive teaching, mentor staff, and build parent/community partnerships through education advocacy, clear communication, and impactful programs.

I’m a dedicated educator with 20+ years of experience in primary education, educational reform, and community engagement. I bring a strong record of leading initiatives that improve student outcomes, strengthen school culture, and build sustainable community programs.

I specialize in inclusive curriculum design and inclusive pedagogy, working with diverse learners to drive measurable progress in literacy and numeracy. I also contribute to educational policy through national reform participation, including work connected to Les Assises de l’Éducation.

Beyond teaching, I mentor junior teachers to foster professional growth and collaborative teaching practices. I lead workshops and conversations on resilience, respectful communication, and social skills for both students and parents—always with clear, supportive institutional communication.

I’m bilingual in English and French, and I’m an education advocate who builds parent and community partnerships. Whether coordinating events for 100+ participants or drafting advocacy and communication documents, I focus on visibility, stakeholder alignment, and practical impact.
