I delivered automated printing and eSignature workflows for an 800,000-attendee international sporting event, reducing on-site operational staffing from 1,000 to 200.
I own API-first integrations, including biometric background-check connections with three national government systems and five-plus third-party systems per event cycle. I also manage the legacy platform used by 80% of clients, lead its migration, and maintain a Jira Product Discovery roadmap connecting C-level priorities, cost estimates, and engineering delivery.
Previously, at EPAM Systems I led WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for a SaaS website constructor, while earlier roles at Flarm and OneReach.ai gave me hands-on experience in product discovery, SaaS CRM delivery, conversational AI, and workflow automation.
