At Macro Digital Sales, I analyzed data, filled in spreadsheets, tracked customer orders, and entered sales into the CRM.
Through Anna Quelhas Fotografias, I photographed social events, including weddings, 15th birthdays, maternity, and newborn sessions. I also edited images in Lightroom and Photoshop and designed albums.
At Grupo DSRH, I supported recruitment and selection for operational and high-volume roles, including screening applications, interviewing candidates, and following them through admission. I also applied and corrected psychological tests.
Earlier, I worked in organizational psychology and HR consulting, supporting recruitment, performance evaluation, team development, and organizational climate research. I hold an MBA in People Management and a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
