At CSHARK, I led end-to-end product design for a European government registry transformation across Customer and Operator Portals. I worked on complex services including registrations, amendments, annual returns, digital signatures and operational workflows.
I designed scalable interaction patterns and information architecture for a highly regulated environment. I also contributed reusable patterns and design system standards to reduce design and development effort across workflows.
As an independent product designer and consultant, I led initiatives across SaaS, ecommerce, telecom, education, hospitality and business platforms. My work included user research, usability testing and accessibility reviews to validate design decisions.
At BBC, I led UX initiatives for Audience Platform products and served as BBC Accessibility Champion, embedding WCAG compliance into product development. I also founded and built Licho, a direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand, applying product design, customer research and behavioural design across the customer journey.
