At University of Pernambuco (UPE) – POLI, I model distribution networks and distributed energy resources for the MEcS VPP R&D Project. I develop hierarchical BESS and VPP control logic in DIgSILENT PowerFactory and authored the local BESS controller’s functional specification.
For my M.Sc. thesis at Smart Grid Laboratory – UPE/POLI, I ran time-series power-flow simulations of distribution feeders with rooftop PV and residential batteries. I also built a Python tool to automate scenario runs and analyze voltage, equipment loading, and losses.
At Elétron Energy, I manage cash-flow planning and track financing and bank guarantees for generation projects. I automate reporting with Excel, Power Query, VBA, and Power BI.
Earlier, I worked on distributed generation portfolio performance and utility net-metering processes at Elétron Energy. In data and automation roles, I built Power BI dashboards from SQL data and cut time spent on repetitive SAP tasks by 90% with VBA automation.
