What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can combine technical support, operations, process improvement, and problem-solving. I’m especially interested in opportunities involving systems support, implementation, customer success, technical operations, or project coordination, where I can work with international teams, improve workflows, and contribute to reliable day-to-day operations.

I’m a technical operations professional with a background in electromechanics, renewable energy, industrial projects, customer support, process improvement, and automation.

In my current role at TECSCI, I support operations across 400+ solar plants, coordinate field and support teams, monitor reliability and service KPIs, and help troubleshoot technical issues. I have also led field commissioning activities across more than 20 solar plants totaling 40 MWp.

I enjoy improving processes and reducing repetitive work. I have developed Python and Excel automations that significantly reduced processing time, including one workflow that improved efficiency by over 90%. My previous experience also includes railway operations, manufacturing projects, Lean continuous improvement, SAP ERP, technical documentation, equipment validation, and project support.

I am currently completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, expected in December 2026, and I also hold a Technical Diploma in Electromechanics with a specialization in Railways.

I’m interested in remote opportunities in technical support, technical operations, implementation, systems support, customer success, process improvement, and project operations.
