My experience includes managing cost of goods sold, drug inventory, and project management related to launching inventory systems and electronic health records. I lead the revenue cycle management and research departments in all retina-related efforts, ensuring that we identify opportunities for cost savings and strategic initiatives through monthly financial analysis.

Previously, I served as Executive Director at Eyecare Partners, where I developed and implemented practice growth strategies and managed budget and collections processes. My extensive experience in operations, including my role as Director of Operations at Sees Group, has equipped me with the skills necessary to design and implement standard operating procedures and oversee billing and collections across various specialties.
