At Save the Children International, I directed $78m in multi-sector supply chain operations during the initial launch of the Gaza emergency response. I streamlined procurement pipelines, optimized warehousing and fuel logistics, and coordinated cross-border procurement with the Egypt team to reduce lead times.
Across emergency responses in Ukraine and Mozambique, I directed supply chain operations, led international procurement, and strengthened compliance. In Ukraine, I expanded the team from 2 to 30+ staff and implemented scalable staffing structures.
As Global Roving Supply Chain Advisor at Danish Refugee Council’s Emergency Protection, Assistance, and Coordination Team (EMPACT), I worked across multiple countries to restructure teams and strengthen compliance. In Sudan, I implemented SOPs and delivered a workshop; in Ethiopia, I aligned ERP and field systems and delivered capacity-building across supply chain functions.
