I manage high-value vendor, commercial, and derivative agreements across big consulting and investment banking environments—covering ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, NDAs, MSAs, and procurement contracts. At RSM US Integrated Services, I partner with procurement, finance, compliance, and information security teams to resolve contractual risk allocation and liability issues, keep repositories audit-ready, and run end-to-end contract lifecycle activities.

Earlier, at Deloitte USI, I standardized contract templates across business units and integrated them into the contract management tool to reduce drafting time. I also analyzed contractual risk in proposals, handled obligation management, renewals and terminations, and validated AI-generated contract reports and clauses before stakeholder sharing.
