What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an analytics-focused role where I can translate operational metrics into dashboards, KPI insights, and process improvements—working closely with cross-functional teams to reduce delays and elevate customer satisfaction.

I’m a Business & Operations Analyst with 1+ year of experience turning service operations data into KPI tracking and process improvements. In my current role, I analyze weekly service volume and turnaround-time for 25–30 customer requests to identify bottlenecks and reduce delivery delays by 15%.

I also track customer satisfaction metrics using trend analysis and have sustained a 90% CSAT score through data-driven issue resolution. I build and maintain Excel-based tracking reports to monitor turnaround SLAs and prioritize daily workflow.

I use SQL, Python, MS Excel, Power BI, and Zoho to produce reporting and dashboards that help cross-functional stakeholders make operational decisions.
