I own the full initiative lifecycle—from stakeholder discovery and business case definition through MVP experimentation, model governance, and production deployment—especially in regulated, high-stakes environments.

In my recent role at UST Healthproof, I led the full lifecycle of 40+ AI agents and GenAI initiatives, defining PRD-ready use-cases with clear success criteria and driving pilot-to-production scale. I built and shipped a GenAI RAG assistant with structured LLM evaluation, improving response times and simplifying the UI, and I defined production AI governance with PII guardrails, human-in-the-loop validation, and automated data-quality checks—reducing manual QA effort by 90%.
