I’m a product and technology professional with 11 years of experience across enterprise software, business analysis, product delivery, AI/ML initiatives and automation. My background combines software engineering with translating business problems into requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams and helping deliver technology products.

At HCLTech, I developed a framework for assessing Accounts Payable exceptions and identifying where rules-based automation, traditional ML, Generative AI or agentic AI could be appropriate. The framework and recommendations were accepted by Director-level leadership. I also support the functional design of an AI + RPA Credit Memo solution, working with the Solution Architect to identify where AI can help interpret incomplete or poor-quality vendor documents.

Previously, at Mastech InfoTrellis, I managed delivery of an enterprise healthcare master data management platform, coordinated a 13-member team and defined data-quality KPIs. Alongside my delivery responsibilities, I initiated ML-based forecasting and prediction tools, taking them through problem definition, prototyping and validation.

At Gigmo Solutions, I helped move a stalled customer-support product program to a Beta-ready MVP within four months and supported LLM workflow integration. Earlier, at BCG, I worked on an enterprise knowledge platform, supporting backlog prioritization, requirements and cross-functional delivery. At Verizon, I developed enterprise software, contributed to an agent-assist chatbot proof of concept and worked on RPA and release delivery.

I’m interested in Product Owner, Technical Product Manager and AI product roles at established product companies, where I can combine product thinking, technical understanding and enterprise delivery experience to build useful software.
