At Quillbot, I lead a team of eight engineers delivering AI products, payments, growth, and B2B platforms. I lead architecture and delivery for AI Chat, a production multi-agent, multimodal system built on Google ADK with RAG and model routing across Gemini and GPT.
I built automated LLM cost monitoring with n8n workflows, giving the team real-time visibility into inference spend. I also led fraud prevention and PCI DSS compliance initiatives and expanded payment coverage, helping increase India payment success from 29% to 86% and add $0.5 million in annual revenue.
Earlier, at Airtel X Labs, I served as a founding engineer on the Quicksilver Payments Platform re-architecture into microservices, an effort that generated an additional 7% revenue. At PayPal, I produced servicing designs for Merchant Term Loan onboarding and led a six-engineer effort to upgrade an internal Java framework.
