I'm currently supporting Qase customers using automated testing tools including Playwright, pytest, and Cypress, helping resolve reporter integration issues and missing test results.
I use Claude Code to diagnose Jira-tracked bugs, implement and validate fixes, open GitHub pull requests, and coordinate reviews and deployments. I also contribute to Intercom workflows, including Fin AI chat automation and conversation routing, while maintaining an approximately one-minute live-chat first response time.
At inFeedo, I supported an AI conversational bot for HR processes, became a go-to technical resource for customer success and support teams, and trained new support team members. I handled SFTP and API integrations from testing through scoping and mapping, partnering with product engineering on P1 issues.
Earlier, I supported BisTrack users at Epicor and led three end-to-end HighRadius SAP implementations across Credit, Collection, and Dispute modules. I bring hands-on experience with integration testing, UAT, SQL, customer communication, and translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
