At NEOTECH SOLUTIONS, INC., I owned end-to-end QA delivery for Fidelity Investments initiatives, from test strategy and execution to defect triage and release sign-off. I built Playwright and Cypress automation frameworks and established testing baselines for conversational AI agents, including checks for intent recognition, context retention, hallucinations, and guardrails.
For Securian Financial’s ALIP CIA project, I developed TypeScript, Playwright, and Cucumber automation and validated APIs across microservices. I also used SQL to verify business logic and transactional data for insurance workflows.
At NEC Software Solutions, I led testing for the British Medical Journal’s web, API, and mobile applications. I automated web testing with Playwright and Cypress, and supported accessibility and performance testing.
Earlier, I tested Synchronoss Technologies’ Product Catalog and AT&T’s Enhanced Universal Account Management. Across those projects, I created automated tests, validated data with SQL, and contributed to CI/CD testing workflows.
