What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT operations or infrastructure role where I can apply my technical skills and continue developing as an infrastructure professional.

At Vairav Technology, I monitored client network and system environments and investigated high-severity indicators of compromise. I tuned SIEM alert profiles and managed log retention, and built Kibana dashboards and threat monitoring reports.

At Archax Ltd, I delivered L1/L2 support and administered identity access, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, firewalls, and servers. I also worked on projects including a Windows 11 upgrade, passwordless authentication with Windows Hello for Business, and an AWS SFTP solution using Transfer Family and S3.
