What I'm looking for

I’m seeking regulatory affairs, specification management and NPD-support roles in the Indian food industry, applying FSSAI-aligned labelling and compliance knowledge.

At Cereal Partners Worldwide (Nestlé), I created and managed labelling information for 110+ products, including Shreddies, Nesquik, KitKat and Cheerios, for UK and EU markets. I maintained recipe, nutrition and labelling data and issued finished-product master labels based on approved R&D specifications.

I calculated nutritional values, supported validation of nutrition and health claims, and carried out fortification analysis for products across multiple regions. I also reviewed vendor raw-material documentation to identify regulatory risks and data gaps.

For my MSc Food & Nutrition project at Sheffield Hallam University, I developed a ready-to-eat food prototype from concept, covering market analysis, costing, nutrition calculations, packaging selection and sensory testing. I’m an Associate Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) and am seeking regulatory affairs, specification management and NPD-support roles in the Indian food industry.
