I am a Senior Dietician with an M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology and over 10 years of combined experience across clinical dietetics, child nutrition, and food-industry quality control. I have delivered patient-centered nutritional counseling, developed diet plans and educational recipes, and acted as a health coach while also leading quality programs in food manufacturing, including HACCP and ISO 22000 internal audits.

My background includes senior QC roles at food manufacturers where I managed certificates of analysis, raw-material testing, export-quality monitoring, GHP/GMP training, and cross-department coordination.
