I'm looking for an HR opportunity where I can support recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee satisfaction while growing my HR operations experience.

At Bigsoft HR Solution in Bhopal, I manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across construction, aerospace and defense, pharma, oil and gas, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, banking, and steel industries.

I source candidates through Naukri, Apna.com, LinkedIn, Shine.com, referrals, and networking; coordinate interviews, conduct initial HR rounds, negotiate salaries, issue offer and appointment letters, and support joining formalities. I also maintain employee records, update HRMS, prepare HR reports in MS Excel, conduct induction and onboarding, and help new joiners understand company policies and procedures.
