What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve the reliability and performance of Kubernetes-based platforms, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and solve production issues through strong operational practices.

At Red Hat, I work as a Site Reliability Engineer focused on the performance, availability, and reliability of OpenShift and Kubernetes-based platforms.

Previously, as an Associate Technical Support Engineer at Red Hat, I diagnosed complex production issues involving pods, services, networking, cluster components, DNS, and TCP/UDP traffic flows.

I collaborate with engineering, SRE, and product teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, support incident handling, and guide customers on stable production deployments. I also work with Istio service mesh components, Git-based workflows, root-cause summaries, and knowledge base contributions.

Earlier at Thales, I built an Angular application to track microservices container status, containerized it with Docker and Jib, monitored AWS parameters, and worked with CI/CD tooling. I'm certified in RHCSA, OpenShift Administration, and Containers and Kubernetes.
