What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a collaborative QA role where I can expand testing breadth, contribute to test strategy, mentor teammates, and help deliver auditable, high-quality software.

I'm a curious and analytical Senior QA professional with over 12 years of testing experience and extensive customer service background. I specialize in test strategy, manual and exploratory testing, API testing with Postman, SQL-driven validation, and QA documentation.

At Inteliquet (IQVIA) I authored and reviewed test cases, executed manual and smoke tests, updated regression suites for audit compliance, and managed defect evidence in Microsoft Azure. As Lead QA at BioFortis/Q² Solutions I represented testing teams in audits, authored SOPs and WIs, delivered trainings, and implemented strategies that drove regression coverage nearly to 100% and added performance testing capabilities.
