I'm currently leading and coordinating group tours at Jungle Tribe in Serbia, keeping travelers safe, punctual, informed, and satisfied. I create detailed itineraries and daily schedules, handle guest inquiries and emergencies, and support the onboarding of new tour guides.

Previously at Grand Tours, I sold flights, accommodation, tour packages, and insurance while designing customized itineraries around client needs and budgets. I managed reservations, payments, and after-sales support while building long-term client relationships and meeting sales targets.

My hospitality and retail background has strengthened my customer service, teamwork, multitasking, and ability to stay calm under pressure. I'm studying business systems in tourism and hotel industry and communicate in Serbian and upper-intermediate English.
