I’m a Finance & Management graduate (ISFFS Sousse) with 6+ years running daily operations of a tech / printer center, where I built strong discipline in cash flow, vendor relations, budgeting, and cost control. I bring a practical, client-focused mindset with hands-on coordination and problem-solving.
Through my summer internship at Société Tunisienne de Banque (STB) in the Operational Risk department, I worked alongside risk officers to collect and classify internal data on operational risk events. I analyzed branch reports to identify process weaknesses and updated operational risk profiles, gaining direct exposure to risk frameworks, compliance procedures, and internal audit documentation.
For my final year project (PFE), I designed a complete B2B business plan for a digital adoption agency, validating demand with 280 respondents and building full financial models (NPV +30,793 TND, IRR 36.4%, and WACC-based projections). I’m certified in FinTech & AI and certified English (C1), and I’m looking for an internship or junior role in FinTech, consulting, or management.
