I've built AI-native platforms and POS solutions for ServingIntel’s senior-living and hospitality customers since 2014. I progressed from front-end software engineering into agentic engineering, delivering autonomous workflows, multi-tenant products, and real-time operational systems.

For the Genesis Platform, I architected seven deployable solution surfaces over a shared domain model, including a Portal Shell, federated identity, and cross-solution integration contracts. I also built Genesis Control to unify kitchen, housekeeping, and care coordination through real-time SignalR synchronization, voice integration, and local-first workflows.

I engineered FreedomVoteV2 for a 30-county organization with row-level security, AES-256-GCM envelope encryption, 15-minute token rotation, and compliance-gated testing across more than 3,300 cases. For SI CFP, I designed a HIPAA-compliant family communication PWA with tenant isolation, real-time messaging, audit logs, and WCAG 2.1 AAA accessibility.

I bring hands-on experience across TypeScript, React, Next.js, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and AI integrations including OpenAI and ElevenLabs. I value ownership, direct communication, candid feedback, and practical value for end users.
