What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help teams turn complex products, unclear workflows, and scattered knowledge into clear, trusted experiences that users can understand and adopt.

I've led product design across fintech, education technology, security, healthcare concepts, and SaaS through Nueberry, my independent practice. I translate unclear flows, scattered knowledge, and business goals into journeys, interfaces, prototypes, design systems, and developer-ready specifications.

At Asset Control / Bluehook, I refined complex B2B SaaS workflows and transformed scattered product knowledge into a self-service Resource Academy. I created clearer learning pathways, short instructional videos, onboarding journeys, and UX content to help users become confident and self-sufficient.

I've also shaped in-house product design at 10X Investments, streamlined B2B delivery onboarding at OrderIn, and mapped multi-persona operational workflows for ServCraft. My work spans UX audits, journey mapping, content architecture, product education, and accessible interface design.

Earlier, I designed and implemented responsive digital experiences for Cash Connect South Africa, BMW Group South Africa, and Dot Slash using HTML and CSS. I've worked remotely with local and international teams since 2016, using AI-assisted workflows to support research synthesis, UX audits, content structure, and rapid prototyping.
