I've built machine learning and GenAI products at Montu, including a multivariate sales forecaster, a nurse-note summarisation solution, and a pharmacy lead-generation tool that increased leads by 25%.

At Docsumo and Megabit Services, I developed document intelligence systems using YOLO, AWS Textract, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and LLMs, achieving over 95% STP for SIF letter information extraction. I've also delivered forecasting and extraction solutions for logistics invoices, KYC documents, debt settlement documents, and bank statements.

My work spans NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, data visualisation, predictive modelling, and scalable production prototypes. At the University of Wollongong, I built IoT data pipelines and validated time-series models for DDoS anomaly detection using precision, recall, F1 score, and ROC-AUC.

I've led engineering teams, mentored junior colleagues, contributed to hiring, and work closely with stakeholders to translate complex data science concepts into actionable business insights.
