I'm the primary contact for Ingram Micro India's Deadbolt CIS Benchmark project, implementing benchmarks and remediating vulnerabilities across SUSE, RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu servers.
I've supported enterprise Linux environments at Cognizant, IBM, Perficient, BNY Mellon Technologies, and CGI, handling incidents, changes, patching, server builds, decommissioning, LVM, filesystem administration, and 24/7 production support.
At IBM, I used Ansible playbooks and ad hoc commands for kernel and security patching, VM builds, filesystem work, user management, and monitoring remediation. I also managed CPU, memory, disk, and swap monitoring, CyberArk onboarding, and Satellite content-view updates at Cognizant.
I began in L1 support at CGI, troubleshooting end-user software, hardware, and network issues while mentoring new joiners. I've received client appreciations, a Pat on the Back award at CGI, and a Service Excellence Award at IBM.
