At Summer Solutions PVT LTD, I test DXP IVR – Pre-Production (UAT), designing test scenarios and executing manual functional, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.
I validate IVR call flows, prompts, DTMF and voice interactions, routing, and Dialogflow CX conversations, including their API and backend integrations.
On the AWS Long-Term Insurance Platform – Public Services, I tested Amazon Connect contact-center workflows and used Postman and SQL to validate API responses and backend data.
At VisTechno Pvt Ltd, I tested telecommunications IVR journeys and used Cyara for IVR automation testing. I’ve also gained exposure to Playwright by creating and executing basic UI test scripts.
