I’m a QA Engineer with 4 years of IT experience and 3 years of hands-on expertise in Manual and API Testing across Telecom, CRM, and LMS domains. I’m proficient in functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing, validating REST API responses using Postman, and managing the defect lifecycle with JIRA and Zephyr. I also have a strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile quality assurance processes.

In my recent role, I performed functional, regression, and API testing on a live REST API communication panel, validating status codes and payloads using Postman and Newman. I designed and executed test cases, logged defects in JIRA, verified fixes, and collaborated with developers to improve release quality. I also continued building my automation expertise with Selenium WebDriver using Java, TestNG, and Maven.

Alongside this, I’ve delivered end-to-end testing support through enterprise and product-focused work—executing comprehensive manual testing for school websites and cross-browser compatibility, and running regression, API testing, and UAT on CRM and LMS systems. I’m energized by turning recurring issues into improvements, and I’m motivated to expand my automation capability to create faster, more dependable test coverage.
