At Cohesity, formerly Veritas and Symantec, I resolve business-critical NetBackup and Cohesity DataProtect escalations as a backline Principal Technical Support Engineer and GSE/L3 engineer. I partner with Product Development on defect resolution, lead P1/P2 war-room troubleshooting, and support enterprise clients across storage, networking, virtualization, AWS, and Azure.

I've spent 18 years building and supporting enterprise infrastructure, including end-to-end data centers at HCL Infosystems and L2/L3 systems support at Wipro.
