I built an HR Analytics Dashboard in Power BI, using DAX measures and interactive visuals to examine attrition across a dataset of 1,480 employees. The analysis found overall attrition of 16.1%, with the highest rate among employees aged 18–25 and in the lowest salary slab.
I also analysed 1,000 marketing campaigns across eight channels and six regions, bringing the data into one report and surfacing revenue and ROI patterns. As DevRel and Community Lead at Resourcio Pvt Ltd, I communicated with clients, guided community initiatives and hosted open-source events including Apertre 3.0.
