I’m an IT Executive with experience supporting end-to-end operations through reliable systems, accurate data handling, and responsive client communication. I’ve spent the last few years building strong workflows around CRM administration and digital filing to keep work moving smoothly from submission to settlement.

In my previous role as an IT Executive at Grace Financial, I managed and maintained the company’s digital infrastructure, including data backups, user access controls, and secure file security protocols. I maintained and updated CRM software to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance, while also conducting internal audits to support compliance with company and regulatory standards.

I’m also hands-on with growth and visibility—conducting regular SEO audits and implementing strategies to enhance online visibility and search rankings. Alongside that, I worked on website and content optimization for better Google performance and collaborated with marketing teams to align execution with business goals.

Earlier, I completed a Web Developer (Intern) role where I worked on creating an interactive web platform using the Django Web framework. I bring a digital marketing foundation from Facebook Ads, SEO, and YouTube & Instagram marketing, which helps me connect IT execution with real client and customer outcomes.
