Anibal Baez

I’m a Customer care supervisor at Assurant, focused on coordinating and monitoring daily customer care operations. I set goals, provide constant feedback, coaching and encouragement to representatives, and drive customer satisfaction through troubleshooting, KPI achievement, and quality metrics reports.

Previously, I led sales and advising work as a Sales leader, counseling financial and investments services for corporate clients while improving procedures, processes, and quality reports. Earlier roles strengthened my attention to detail across administrative and support work, including stock control and inventory, delivery notes, invoicing, quotations, and general HR tasks.

I’ve also built deep customer-facing expertise through customer care for Medical Providers at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, including quality audits, procedures analysis, agent training, and supervision of client quality standards. Alongside my corporate experience, I’ve worked as an ESL Teacher and translator (English-Spanish), supporting classes and business translation needs for clients such as Unilever ARG, Newsan S.A, and Natura.
