At Sitemate, I managed a team of four QAs and led the global QA strategy across products and platforms. I created automation suites from the ground up and integrated them with CI/CD.
I also cut regression run times in half at Sitemate through hardware testing, automation, and manual test updates. I regularly reported QA progress to the CEO and leadership team to help identify and close quality gaps.
At Bluejeans by Verizon, I led a team of four QAs supporting iOS products and managed the quality and release of the iOS app. I spearheaded its quality and release strategy, helping raise user ratings from 3.2 to 4.8 stars across more than 100,000 ratings.
Earlier at Bluejeans, I worked as the only iOS QA Engineer, combining manual testing with end-to-end automation. I’ve also built AI agents that write test cases and automated tests in response to Jira board updates.
