At PT Bonet Utama, I manage end-to-end IT infrastructure across servers, networks, security, and services, maintaining availability, data integrity, and secure operations. I administer Linux and Windows servers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and email services.
Previously, I delivered network support from site surveys and installations through troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, and customer handover. I use Grafana and Prometheus to monitor infrastructure stability, maintain backup and disaster recovery routines, and resolve connectivity and service issues quickly.
