At Kementerian PANRB, I research evidence-based policies, analyse large datasets in SQL and Python, and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for decision-makers. I also lead research projects and contribute business processes and use cases for a Digital Government platform for ASN management.
I've built national ASN recruitment and workforce dashboards using Python, PostgreSQL, Excel, and Tableau, including forecasting employee numbers and retirement. My earlier telecom engineering work strengthened my operational problem-solving through service monitoring, vendor coordination, and root-cause analysis.
