At the Center for Teaching & Learning at Southeast Missouri State University, I supported faculty, staff, and students with educational technology and LMS troubleshooting. I also assisted with Canvas course operations and documented recurring technical problems.

In my AWS EC2 portfolio project, I provisioned an Ubuntu instance, configured Apache and security-group rules, and deployed a portfolio interface with HTML and CSS. My cybersecurity coursework and projects include Linux security labs, vulnerability analysis, and research into AI-assisted security workflows.
