I’m available for full-time, contract, fractional or part-time engagements, 100% remote or hybrid from Metro Denver, with travel up to 10%.

At Romulus Consulting, my independent practice, I advise motion picture studios, humanitarian nonprofits and public-safety agencies on governance, risk, strategy and transformation. I’ve facilitated five-year content-protection plans for two studios and developed enterprise risk registers, continuity playbooks and executive dashboards.

With the State of Colorado, I aligned 11 agencies and the Governor’s Office on a $950M mental-health transformation. As an ADKAR practitioner, I built change plans and adoption measures, coached executive sponsors, and developed an outbreak model that informed PPE purchasing and deployment.

At the City and County of Denver, I created an $8M compliance program from scratch and led a five-person team, contributing to a 65% reduction in audit findings. I also served as audit liaison and developed mitigation plans.

Across my work, I build the operating models, PMOs, dashboards and planning cycles that help leaders steer. I’ve led teams through managers, worked across countries and sectors, and partnered with senior executives and boards to turn complicated decisions into execution.
