At Pontis Technology, I took over mobile apps for a gig-work platform with around 20K users after the iOS build had become non-functional and the apps were crashing. I re-architected both apps, introduced automated testing and CI/CD, and brought the App Store rating from 3.0 to 4.4 with 99.6% crash-free sessions.
Before that, I built BACS and ACH payment providers for an in-car payment platform handling around 100K transactions a day, then delivered Google Pay on client and server. I also improved authorization and checkout latency from about one second to half a second through query optimization, indexing and caching.
