At Syncity, I run a three-person senior studio delivering Flutter, web, and backend products for clients across Croatia, the DACH region, and the US. I built Hangar 14’s Flutter PWA, Go API, marketing site, and AI assistant, and co-founded Estimum, a PERT estimation SaaS.
I've led mobile and frontend teams, set engineering standards, and shipped products across Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS, Go, Java/Spring Boot, and Node.js. At Layer Four, I led an eight-engineer frontend team, delivered Flutter web platforms for workforce management and logistics, and introduced CI/CD, testing, Sentry tracking, and onboarding practices.
