I’m a certified Pharmacy Technician in Texas, currently working as a PTCB and TSBC pharmacy technician with a focus on both operational accuracy and patient-facing communication. In my day-to-day role, I handle responsibilities that go beyond dispensing, including data input, medication preparation, and insurance billing.

I’ve also taken on “management” responsibilities at the ground level—gauging sales based on incoming data, supporting workflows, and using interpersonal communication skills that are vital to a healthcare provider. I’m comfortable translating routine tasks into measurable outcomes that help the business run better.

Before pharmacy, I worked as a Starbucks Barista at high-volume locations from 2019 to 2023, where I strengthened my customer service and operational discipline. That experience taught me inventory management, using sales data, operating registers and espresso machinery, and finding ways to mitigate problems before they escalate.

Alongside healthcare work, I’m building my technical foundation through a Bachelor’s in Data Analytics at the University of Texas San Antonio (starting August 2025). From my education, I’ve developed programming skills in Python, Java, and SAS—giving me the ability to connect real-world processes with the meta-data that makes organizations work.
