What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my clinical, operational, and healthcare administration experience to improve care pathways, patient outcomes, quality initiatives, and team performance.

I've supported AtlantiCare across ambulatory care, emergency medical services, and health services since 2010. As a Medical Assistant and Preceptor, I provide patient care in a high-volume setting, conduct interviews and assessments, educate patients, manage inventory, and train new hires and students.

Previously at AtlantiCare @ Borgata, I managed workers' compensation claim processes, coordinated provider follow-ups, tracked patient outcomes, and contributed to strategic discussions with physicians and stakeholders. I also delivered emergency and pre-hospital care as an EMT-B while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

I've earned master's and bachelor's degrees in healthcare administration and management, hold EMT-B, CPR, and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant certifications, and am pursuing CPHQ/NHAQ certification. I bring project management, analytics, regulatory awareness, and leadership development experience to improving care pathways and operations.
