What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a responsible, challenging position in a reputable organization where I can gain practical experience and expand my learning, knowledge, and skills.

I've supported patient care at Cooper Hospital, UNC Family Medicine/Urgent Care, Inspira Family Medicine, and Penn Medicine Dermatology. I perform triage, vital signs, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient scheduling, chart preparation, and treatment-room maintenance in busy clinical settings.

In urgent care and family medicine, I've assisted with procedures, wound care, injections, diagnostic testing, EKGs, vision and hearing screenings, laboratory testing, and patient education. I also maintain accurate medical records, review test results, support immunizations, and help manage patient flow.

Outside healthcare, I manage scheduling, hiring, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and a staff of 40+ employees as an Assistant Manager and HR Coordinator.
